This set Popcon Packing Machine is composed of Model GD6-200C Rotary Packing Machine, KJL-10 Mulithed Weigher, YJL-500A Liquid&Paste Filler, TSZ-100 Bucket Elevator and Working Platform.

1.      Easy to operate, adopt advanced PLC from Germany Siemens, mate with touch screen and electric control system, the man-machine interface friendly.

2.      Automatic checking system: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. The bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.

3.      Safety device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.

4.      All the parts contact to the materials are made of stainless steel.

2.      Open bag

3.      Open bag and Fold upside of the bag

4.      Feeding(popcorn and cream)
